Locals and visitors on Hawaiâi Island will soon be able to enjoy a new culinary market experience showcasing island-grown produce and local, value-added products at Queensâ Marketplace in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Queensâ Culinary Market debuts on June 13 and will take place every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the shopping center. The Queensâ Culinary Market will feature 20 local farmers and businesses, celebrating the rich culinary ingenuity of Hawaiâi Island with a diverse selection of local products including fresh produce, flowers, meat, seafood, and value-added treats such as coffee, honey, and jams. At the Queensâ Culinary Market guests can look forward to: - A selection of farmers and vendors, including Appleâs Fiesta Fruit Cups, Big Island Smoked, Cocomon, Hawaiian Hotties, Kona Salt Farm, Misma Lani Farms, Spicy Ninja Sauce, Tess Garden, and much more. - Live entertainment by local musicians throughout the center, featuring performers like Scott Bucholz and Ryan Higgins. - A beer garden hosted by Waikoloa Shrimp Co. featuring local brews. - âTalk storyâ sessions where guests can interact with the marketâs vendors or learn about, and support the work of, local nonprofit organizations.
